A Voting Plea, A Clown Movember and A Six Word Story

I had a really witty post about voting running through my mind – but my total recall was suckage and by the time it translated to paper – well, let’s just say I’m wittier in my mind sometimes. I was also going to do something clever for up & coming Movember  – but my clever was shot as well.

So here’s the fast version until I flesh out the first one…

1) Freakin’ VOTE on Tuesday November 6, 2012 – I would rather have everyone vote even if it affects the outcome of who I want to win.  For you Non-Americans, vote on something that day too! It’s fun!

2) It’s almost Movember – which occurs before Smarch – so it’s coming RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER… I implore you, please if you have a prostate or suspect you might have one – get it checked out (Um…I mean by a DOCTOR).

Le Clown – this is for you

See what I grew? It takes a lot of Italian to get that baby to curl.

3) My FAVORITE author, Sharon K Penman is having a little word fun over at her place. If you are a fan of Medieval England, or suspect you might be (and I’m sure there’s a 10 point list out in the internet tubes that will give you some clues) – pop on over for a little 6 word story.

In Just Six Words or Less

I’m so guilty of the post thing. I have spent hours writing only to end up selecting-all and deleting. And crying.

  2. OMG I do that in-the-head writing crap alll the time! And if I don’t scribble it down right then and there it will be lost. Or it will be a sad sad watered down version of what was happening in my head. So I have notebooks all over the house. And there’s pretty much always a pen stuck in my hair. But the result of that is basically just random paragraphs of supposed brilliance stuffed in between scrawled out recipe drafts and grocery lists. Whatever.

I DO love medieval England! Thanks for the heads up. Heading over!

You are one magnificent™ woman. Thank you…
    And Morticia never looked better.
